Because it can kill you, and let's face it, while dying for a noble cause is commendable, dying because of a maniac boss or frustrating job is just plain dumb ... AND unnecessary!!

We have many resources here at MBIARP to help you find a new job so be sure to investigate that route when you are ready, but in the meantime you need to learn how to lessen the stress & anger inside yourself, so you can reverse any damage that may have already started.
